The Agreement

By purchasing and using NanoBaby ("the App"), you agree to these terms. NanoBaby is developed and maintained by Junglee Lab ("we", "us", "our").

What You Get

One payment, every feature, forever. Your single purchase of $19.99 grants you a perpetual, non-transferable license to use all current and future features of NanoBaby on your personal devices. There are no subscriptions, no tiers, no premium upgrades, and no in-app purchases required to unlock features.

What We Promise

We will never introduce subscription pricing for existing users. We will never gate features behind paywalls. We will never serve advertisements. We will never sell your data. These are not just policies — they are the founding principles of NanoBaby.

Your Data

You own your data completely. NanoBaby stores data locally on your device by default. You can export your data at any time. You can delete your data at any time. See our Privacy Policy for complete details.

NanoBaby is a tracking and informational tool, not a medical device. While our features reference guidelines from AAP, WHO, CDC, and NIH, the app does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment recommendations. Always consult your pediatrician for medical decisions. Acceptable Use

NanoBaby is designed for personal, non-commercial use by parents and caregivers. You may not reverse-engineer, redistribute, or use the app for commercial purposes. Each purchase is for one household.

Limitation of Liability

NanoBaby is provided "as is." While we strive for accuracy and reliability, we cannot guarantee the app will be error-free. We are not liable for decisions made based on information provided by the app. Your use of NanoBaby is at your own discretion.

Updates

We regularly update NanoBaby with improvements, new features, and bug fixes at no additional cost. Major updates that significantly change functionality will be communicated through the app.

Refunds

Refund policies are governed by Apple's App Store or Google Play, depending on your platform. We encourage you to contact us first if you're unsatisfied — we'd rather fix the issue.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. We will notify you through the app of any material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
